Our journey began with a heartfelt passion for business and a deep-rooted love for the art of showjumping. This unique combination inspired our first venture – Hoof, a specialty coffee cafe that seamlessly weaves in the equestrian theme, reflecting our true selves and what we hold dear. As our vision expanded, so did our horizons. We embarked on the journey of Archers Coffee Roastery, supplying premium green beans to countless cafes across the UAE.
Our commitment to quality and our love for coffee led us to create a name that resonates with coffee enthusiasts everywhere. Moving to theHUT, a haven of serenity and taste, theHUT minimalist cafe is designed for those who seek relaxation and exceptional coffee experiences. It’s a place where simplicity meets sophistication, and where every sip is a moment of pure pleasure. Adding to this, we have bkry: newly opened an experimental bakespace in Dubai. An artisanal bakery promises to tantalize your taste buds with artisanal bread, pastries, and baked goods that are nothing short of a culinary masterpiece.
And now, we’re thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our family – Benchmark. Located in the new heart of Sharjah, Benchmark recasts the concept of a specialty café as an all-comers’ community hotspot for the easygoing enjoyment of excellent coffee in a relaxed atmosphere, among like-minded folks.
But our journey doesn’t stop here. At BTC, we have a robust pipeline of projects, not only in the food and beverage industry but also across various sectors. Our overarching goal is to empower young Emiratis to dream big, pursue their passions, and make a meaningful impact on their communities.

Our coffees are seasonally sourced and delicately roasted to showcase the hard work and dedication of our producing partners. It’s product of passion and consistency passed down from several generations. We want to honor that work by interfering as little as possible – roasting carefully to bring out the diversity of flavors, aromatics, and acidities to let each coffee tell its own story.
Hoof, the brainchild of three Emirati friends who share a deep passion for horses, show jumping, and the art of crafting exceptional coffee, was established in 2018, nestled in Sharjah. The aesthetically pleasing café, adorned in soothing neutral tones, offers a splendid array of breakfast options, delectable pastries, and savory lunch bites, all thoughtfully paired with meticulously sourced coffee beans hailing from thirteen different countries. These beans, carefully roasted by Archers, come together to create the perfect cup of coffee.
Rooted in an equestrian theme, Hoof was conceived as a vibrant local haven where coffee aficionados, along with their friends and family, can come together to embark on a flavourful journey, discovering the diverse tastes and blends from around the world.
Archers is a higher-end specialty coffee roastery, certified SCA and CQI Coffee Academy, and green coffee trader with a global network of customers and direct relationships with producers across 10+ origins — from legacy estates in Panama, Brazil, Colombia, and Costa Rica to emerging leaders in Ethiopia, Yemen, Rwanda, Honduras, and Guatemala.
